Website privacy policy

The availability/enquiry form asks for your name, email, mobile, enquiry type and notes, together with your chosen date, departure time, duration, charter style, guest count and preferred boat where selected. After a successful security check, the current prototype stores the latest 20 enquiry notes in this browser’s local storage. It does not send those enquiry details to Allsail or create a booking.

Local notes have no automatic time-based expiry; older notes are displaced when more than 20 are saved. Clearing this site’s browser data removes them from that browser. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to access them. Do not include payment-card details, identity documents, health information or other sensitive information in notes.

The gift-voucher panel currently performs a security check but does not deliver a voucher request or take payment. Its typed name and email are not saved by the panel. Contact Allsail directly to make an enquiry or request a voucher.

Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated submissions. Your browser contacts Cloudflare for the challenge; this site sends the challenge token and action to its server for verification with Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical/device and network information under its own privacy policy. The verification request does not include your enquiry name, email, mobile or notes.

The site records technical verification outcomes for troubleshooting, not enquiry contents or challenge tokens. Hosting and service providers may process connection information such as IP addresses and requests to deliver and protect the website. Their own retention arrangements apply.

To limit repeated security-check requests, this site temporarily counts attempts using a keyed, hashed network address in server memory. The counter expires after one minute and is removed on subsequent checks; raw addresses are not stored in that counter.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the browser requests needed to serve them. The website’s underlying sign-in service uses essential session cookies and, in the embedded development preview, session storage for authentication. It is separate from Allsail’s member diary; the public member-login panel is not a functioning Allsail member account.

This site does not currently add enquiry notes to Mailchimp or operate Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel. Saving an enquiry is not newsletter consent. We have not carried over the legacy site’s claims about automatic marketing enrolment or advertising tracking.

Following links to Allsail’s other website, weather providers, the council, or other services takes you to a separate site with its own privacy policy. Calling or emailing Allsail sends the information you choose to share through your phone/email provider; Allsail uses it to respond and arrange the requested service. Ask Allsail about retention and handling of records supplied directly to the office.

Contact Allsail at info@allsail.com.au or (02) 9979 6266 to ask about privacy, request access or correction to information held by the team, or raise a privacy complaint. Browser-only notes cannot be retrieved or deleted remotely by Allsail; remove them by clearing this site’s local browser data.

If enquiry delivery, analytics, marketing, payment or account functionality changes, this policy must be updated to describe the new collection, recipients and retention before that change goes live. This policy does not claim that all Allsail systems share this website’s current storage arrangements.
